Hebei Strengthens a Digital Tax Shield by Improving Data Quality and Use

On December 3, 2025, the State Taxation Administration highlighted Hebei's efforts to strengthen tax data foundations under the strong-foundation program. Hebei improved taxpayer-source accuracy through data checks and sharing with market regulation, housing, natural resources, and commerce authorities, while also building industry risk models for water resources tax, recycling, offshore fuel vessels, and EV charging stations. The report shows how data matching is being converted directly into audits, taxpayer guidance, and tax recovery results.
