Huaian Pilots Payment-Triggered Invoicing in High-Frequency Scenarios

On December 24, 2025, Jiangsu tax authorities reported that Qingjiangpu District in Huai’an had piloted payment-triggered invoicing in high-frequency consumer scenarios. Using the Leyiqi platform, the bureau linked enterprise resource systems, third-party payment channels, and tax invoice interfaces to automate the chain from payment completion to invoice issuance. The pilot covered 29 public parking lots with 4,406 spaces and issued more than 15,000 invoices in its first month, with average generation time below 0.8 seconds. Daily transaction data was also centralized to support anomaly detection and real-time tax supervision.
