The Zhejiang Provincial Tax Service recently released five typical tax-compliance cases of advanced manufacturing enterprises, including Tongkun Group, Sanhua Intelligent Controls, Wangli Security, Huafeng Chemical and Zhejiang Crystal Optoelectronics. All five have been A-level taxpayers for nine consecutive years, each with its own approach. Sanhua built an integrated business-finance system between its ERP and procurement platforms with 298 embedded review standards, so documents must pass multiple checks before payment. Wangli created a digital control hub covering business, tax and capital flows with 31 smart tax-risk indicators, tracking logistics, capital and invoice flows as one line and automating the whole process from order to filing. Huafeng developed its own SRM system to profile suppliers, with OCR-based invoice verification that has blocked more than 1,100 non-compliant invoices since launch. Crystal Optoelectronics built a digital platform for R&D expenses, automatically collecting material requisitions, labour and equipment depreciation with full traceability. Experts noted that manufacturing is shifting from quantitative accumulation to qualitative leaps, with compliance and innovation underpinning the move from "Made in China" to "Intelligent Manufacturing in China".
