On April 8, 2026, a Beijing tax bureau update carried by Beijing Business Today and Sina Finance reported progress on transaction-to-invoice pilots. The program now covers parking, offline retail, online transactions, gaming, medical services, expressway tolls, gas stations, and ski resorts, with 66 companies issuing 42 million invoices worth more than 814 million yuan.
