Hechi tax authorities said they are supporting AI-driven manufacturing upgrades by using tax data platforms to monitor abnormal costs and invoice risks, while applying intelligent policy matching through the e-tax bureau for high-tech status, R and D deductions, and accelerated depreciation. In one featured case, Nandan Nanfang Nonferrous Metals standardized R and D cost allocation with tax guidance, claimed 71.95 million yuan in extra deductions, brought a 700,000-ton residue treatment project online, added 63 technical achievements, and lifted capacity by 30 percent.
