Nanjing Tax Bureau Builds AI Knowledge Base for Cross-Border Tax Oversight

Nanjing Tax Bureau built an International Tax AI Knowledge Base for cross-border oversight. The system automatically retrieves tax-related data from listed company reports using NLP to analyze equity structures and cross-border transaction risks. It covers 155 companies and a transfer pricing case library across 14 countries. Last October, it identified a company's offshore profit retention issue, recovering over 70 million yuan in taxes.
