China tax authorities are rolling out an instant invoicing model across fuel retail stations so that fully digital e-invoices can be issued through the Leqi platform as soon as a sale is completed. The model spans payments through third-party platforms, internet channels, fuel cards, and cash, aiming to tightly connect transactions with invoice issuance. For tax informatization, this is more than invoicing automation. It is a broader upgrade in how business data, invoice flows, and tax supervision work together in high-frequency consumer scenarios.
