Suqian tax authority uses AI recognition and GIS linkage to improve property tax governance

Jiangsu tax reporting says Suqian is combining AI recognition, tax GIS tools, and real estate data exchange to govern property tax and urban land use tax records. Using twenty eight digit property unit codes, the bureau classifies filing data automatically and flags seven major issue types, including collective land registration errors, mismatched administrative regions, and understated original property values. It has pushed more than four thousand risk clues to over sixteen hundred enterprises and, through map based area checks, found fifty nine risks and one hundred twenty four missing or unmanaged tax sources this year, with an estimated 10.34 million yuan in additional tax. Suqian also uses a virtual identifier plus AI matching approach for older factories and uncertificated real estate, showing AI moving from front end detection into source ledger cleanup, closed loop risk handling, and data standardization.
