China Tax News reported that the Tianjin tax authority is advancing a key tax-digital-human project under the tax administration foundation program, connecting intelligent consultation, taxpayer service, tax-source management, risk control, internal oversight, and tax inspection through a unified data-support system. Public information shows that the project integrates large volumes of tax-related data scattered across different systems, enabling real-time statistics and dynamic visibility across registration, filing, collection, and invoice management. Tianjin also launched smart filing self-checks covering seven tax and fee categories to help taxpayers detect and correct logic errors promptly, showing that tax informatization is evolving from isolated tools into full-chain governance capability.
