China Tax News reported that the Panyu District tax bureau in Guangzhou built the 'DA Yu Smart Tax Perception Platform' on top of tax big-data infrastructure, bringing high-frequency filing scenarios, error-prone steps, and abnormal signals into one analytical framework. Public information shows the platform has formed a list of 16 preventive-service items, predicted taxpayer needs more than 7,000 times, cut average waiting time in the service hall by 33 percent, and lifted window-resource utilization by more than 62 percent. It also feeds equity-transfer and refund-review data into real-time monitoring and warning flows, showing how tax informatization is moving from passive handling to proactive prediction, precise service, and earlier risk control.
