Shanghai Tax Strengthens Early Risk Control with a Smart Tax-Source Dashboard

China Tax News reported that the Shanghai tax authority launched a 'smart tax-source perception dashboard' that gathers tax-source management, risk control, hotline demands, and in-process review data into a unified work interface. Public information shows the dashboard already covers front-line tax-source management and risk-review roles, has more than 2,000 daily active users, and has processed over 36,700 tax-related tasks. Its real-time tax-source change model covers sixteen dynamic warning scenarios and has supported early handling of risks for more than 110,000 taxpayer instances, while the in-process review panel improved response speed for high-risk cases by 27 percent. The case shows tax informatization moving from fragmented multi-system handling to a closed loop of active sensing, task integration, and targeted intervention.
