Jiangsu Tax Builds an Intelligent Full-Process Internal Control Loop for Faster Enforcement Corrections

China Tax News reported that the Jiangsu tax authority built an intelligent internal-control mechanism that combines instant scanning, direct task delivery, fast verification, and immediate correction. Built on the State Taxation Administration's internal-control platform and Jiangsu's task-coordination tools, it targets enforcement risks across policy execution, tax-type identification, invoicing, inspections, and penalties. Public reporting shows that the platform scans data daily, routes issues to the smallest responsible unit, and provides verification guides and traceable electronic records for each indicator. In 2025 it pushed 6,457 verification tasks and corrected 5,532 issues, showing how tax informatization is evolving into an end-to-end governance system rather than a single risk-control tool.
