On August 11, 2026, the Tianjin tax authority said it had developed an intelligent sensing system for tax and fee sources as part of its basic-governance program. The system covers six management scenarios, including taxpayer registration, sole proprietors, invoice quota assignment, filing and payment, arrears management, and major projects. Public information shows the platform integrates lifecycle tax-and-fee data and uses algorithms to run batch anomaly scans, indicator comparisons, and risk profiling, then automatically generates daily issue lists and management suggestions for frontline administrators. For major projects, it also combines cross-department tax-related data into a dual review mechanism built on data lists and project ledgers, helping teams follow tax payments, out-of-area operations, and project progress. Tianjin tax officials said the system also supports single-taxpayer judgments, panoramic visualization, and one-click report exports, showing how tax informatization is moving from static lookup tools toward real-time sensing, intelligent warning, and closed-loop action for frontline administration.
