A China Tax News report published on August 20 says SMEs across Guangdong are rebuilding tax-compliance workflows with lightweight digital tools. Public cases show Guangzhou Tungee Technology, after expanding its AI and big-data business, set up three layers of checks across business, finance, and management so contract signing, invoice review, and tax filing form a closed loop. Zhuhai Yizhi Electronics used CRM and digital finance-tax tools to assign unique digital identifiers to R&D projects, allowing the system to generate support ledgers and allocation tables automatically under tax-policy rules. Dongguan Jianli Dental Hospital, meanwhile, launched an integrated business-finance-tax system that synchronizes documents, generates vouchers automatically, and supports one-click filing, cutting its monthly filing cycle from three working days to half a day. The report shows AI finance-and-tax capabilities becoming a low-cost, repeatable compliance tool chain for SMEs.
