State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power's project, Strategic Path and Innovative Practice of Tax Digitalization Transformation under Full E-Invoice Reform, won a first-class award in the 2025 China Enterprise Reform and Development Outstanding Achievements selection. Building on the full digital e-invoice pilot, the company created an internal-external dual-loop digital tax system on a finance-mid-platform plus smart applications foundation: lifecycle digital control of invoices, business-event-driven intelligent tax filing, and real-time risk interception through comparison of business, invoice and capital flows.
