According to an August 26, 2026 article from the Henan tax authority, local tax departments are using the electronic tax bureau to expand taxpayer interaction services around enterprise filing pain points, cross-region operating issues, and risk-prevention needs. The public report says taxpayers can receive second-level responses from the intelligent assistant called Yueyue, while more complex matters are handled through screen sharing, remote guidance, and online multi-role collaboration. Henan has established 207 taxpayer-interaction operation centers with more than one thousand service agents, and it is extending online consultation, remote assistance, and policy coaching into commercial districts, communities, and towns. The same mechanism supports cross-region case handling and cloud-based dispute mediation, showing tax digitalization integrating consultation, guidance, processing, and dispute resolution into a fuller service chain for business operations.
