Shanxi Tax Zone Builds a Six-Indicator Risk Model for Tax Intermediaries

In a September 2, 2026 report, the Shanxi reform demonstration zone tax authority described a six-indicator risk model for tax intermediaries. It brings together information on credit, qualifications, finances and tax risks from several administrative platforms to support screening, alerts and follow-up. The office also delivered four compliance classes covering more than 200 agencies in the first half of the year and combines desk analysis with on-site inspections.
