With digital e-invoices spreading and tax administration digitalization advancing, group companies are changing how they manage tax. Youdu Shuzhi, a brand under Yunzhangfang, connects cash register systems, food-delivery and e-commerce platforms, ERP systems and invoicing systems with tax management platforms so that transactions, invoicing, aggregation, filing and analysis form a single chain. General manager Zhao Lihai said the hard part for group companies is not just automating daily invoicing and filing but unifying tax-related data scattered across regions, entities and systems so risks become visible. In practice, Green Tea Restaurant has connected delivery platforms with restaurant cash registers so consumers can invoice easily whether ordering delivery or dining in, while Kuaiyu apparel stores let shoppers submit invoicing details by QR code with back-office unified management. On group control, Hangtai Digital Energy's 300-plus solar plants, Zhongkong Technology's entities across 34 tax jurisdictions and Jianzhijia's more than 6,000 stores have all brought local tax matters into a unified platform, letting headquarters track filing progress, payment status, exceptions, tax amounts and tax burdens in real time with far less manual chasing and spreadsheet consolidation. AI is another investment area: tax staff can look up policy bases and practical interpretations via intelligent Q&A, generate analysis reports from system data, and review contracts from a tax perspective to check for tax violations and whether taxable items and rates are correct. Zhao said AI is not about filing on people's behalf but about freeing professionals from repetitive work so they can focus on judgment, review and management.
