The founder said export tax refunds can now be filed paperlessly online, high-tech enterprises enjoy tax benefits, about 11 million yuan of export refunds were processed in 2025 and R&D super-deductions saved roughly 3.5 million yuan in tax. Guangdong's supply chain is so complete that 95 percent of components are sourced within a one-hour industrial circle, and nine of 13 liquid-cooling deals on the A-share market this year involve the province.
