Shenzhen-based Lemon Cloud has been making bookkeeping and tax filing software for ten years, and its AI platform has just been named one of the 2026 Top 50 AI Innovation Application Cases. Over the years it has wired AI into invoicing, bookkeeping, filing and risk control: upload a bank receipt or VAT invoice and a voucher is generated in three seconds, cutting manual entry by 90 percent; invoice verification and duplicate checking can be run in batches, lifting monthly processing efficiency by 90 percent; batch invoicing efficiency is up 80 percent. The platform has processed 3.5 billion documents, including 200 million AI-generated vouchers, and has more than six million users. In June this year it launched an open AI platform that packages invoicing, verification, reimbursement and risk-control capabilities into Skills that install with one click from a copied link; the WorkBuddy connector released in August lets users query their own business and accounting data in natural language and generate reports within the scope they have authorised.
