Shenzhen publishes model tax compliance cases for the embodied intelligence industry

The Shenzhen tax bureau released its first batch of model tax compliance cases for the embodied intelligence industry to give tech firms replicable practices. Shenzhen has more than 70,000 robotics-related companies and its core AI and robotics industry revenue reached nearly 270 billion yuan in 2025. One featured company built an R&D expense management hub on a digital internal control system, aligning timesheet and attendance data and apportioning shared materials by project hours, while another deployed a spend and expense platform that intelligently verified more than 46,000 invoices and automatically blocked over 300 non-compliant ones.

The Shenzhen tax bureau released its first batch of model tax compliance cases for the embodied intelligence industry. Shenzhen is home to more than 70,000 robotics-related companies, and revenue from its core AI and robotics industries approached 270 billion yuan in 2025.
