Wuhu's robot industrial park is China's first national-level robot industry cluster, with more than 300 upstream and downstream firms and annual output above 60 billion yuan, ranking sixth nationwide. During this year's tax publicity month the tax bureau held its event on site, with a robot named Xiaozhi acting as guest interaction officer and pairing with the tax presenter to explain policies and run Q&A. The venue was full of tech touches: a robot greeted guests with voice messages and policy handbooks, while in the interactive zone visitors put on VR headsets and used motion controls to tour robot production lines, watching intelligent welding and precision assembly as tax tips such as accelerated depreciation of fixed assets popped up on screen. Li Na of Efite Intelligent Robot said tax officials helped improve its R&D auxiliary ledgers and resolve risk from unclear cost classification, and that the firm lawfully enjoyed more than 75 million yuan of super-deductions last year, shortening its development cycle by 40 percent and cutting unit costs by 22 percent while lifting capacity to 30,000 units. The bureau also launched a long-term service mechanism for the robot supply chain, including science-and-innovation service teams, park-level compliance coaching, one-firm-one-policy advice and monthly tax health checks.
