At its Tax Publicity Month launch, the Zhejiang tax authority and Zhejiang Daily Press Group published tax compliance cases from five digital-economy companies: Shenhao Technology, Wumake Technology, H3C, Migu Digital Media and Zhejiang Yongan Technology. Among them are robotics and AI firms, a digital and AI solutions provider and a power-safety company; the common thread is embedding compliance into R&D and business systems — some link R&D, bookkeeping and tax data into one chain, some fix tax positions at project launch, and the culture-export business tracks overseas tax rules for copyright income. The tax authority is supplying tools as well: 54 industry compliance guidelines were issued in 2025, companies with A-grade tax credit numbered 370,000 (11.3%), the AI inquiry application lifted answer accuracy to 92%, and 860,000 small and micro businesses obtained over 290 billion yuan in credit loans.
