The 21st tax office of the Jinshan District Tax Bureau in Shanghai held an AI sharing session for its young officials. They talked through their own experience across three settings. In daily life they ask AI how to fix plumbing, cook home-style dishes or handle childcare. For study they use it to work through difficult policy points in the enforcement qualification exam, plan workouts and count calories. At work they use it to build slide decks, design posters, organise ideas and revise official documents. Participants also worked live with Doubao and DeepSeek and focused on prompt design and precise instructions. Staff said that for complicated tasks they first let AI sort out the ideas and materials, then adapt the output to real work.
