Shaoguan's tax authority has funnelled risk tasks that used to be dispatched repeatedly by separate business lines into a single channel. Each line puts its risk indicators into the shared application marketplace on the provincial big-data platform, the system screens tax administration data and generates alerts, and the city tax administration office groups those alerts per enterprise by social credit code, removing duplicates and unfounded items. Cases handled at city level stay there, while those needing local checks go out in one batch each month instead of through repeated dispatches. A model library spanning seven dimensions and 49 indicators lets grassroots officers follow the links from one alert to other risks at the same company and settle them in a single visit. Since 2024 the mechanism has cut more than 39,000 dispatched alerts.

Shaoguan pools tax risk alerts by taxpayer to cut duplicate work
Shaoguan's tax bureau has built a one-household risk alert pooling mechanism on top of the Guangdong provincial tax big-data platform. Business lines put their risk indicators into a shared application marketplace, the system screens tax data to generate alerts, and the city-level office groups them per taxpayer by social credit code, removing duplicates and unfounded items before routing them for handling. A model library covering seven dimensions and 49 indicators lets officers trace related risks in a single visit. Since 2024 the mechanism has cut more than 39,000 dispatched alerts.
