Tianjin's tax bureau has turned a set of data tools into practical helpers this year. The most visible is a digital-human module on its big-data platform that pulls together 18 billion tax records scattered across systems and shows company activity in real time by township, industry and registration type. After the smart self-check function for filings went fully live in October, 1.3448 million filings triggered it in the first filing period, with over 80 percent of flagged problems corrected. A perception hub now consolidates duplicate verification tasks and dispatches them to district specialist teams, which handle 84 percent of them and have cut grassroots workload by nearly 70 percent. Pay-and-invoice has also spread to car parks, supermarkets, hospitals and hotels, pushing an e-invoice to the phone in under a minute, with more than 100,000 invoices issued.
